A feature that combines multiple Spot Instances (and optionally On-Demand Instances) to maintain a target amount of compute capacity.
Relying on a single instance type raises the risk of interruption when that capacity runs low, so Spot Fleet launches across multiple instance types and Availability Zones, reducing interruption risk while still taking advantage of Spot Instances' low prices.
