A GCP service that encrypts and centrally manages sensitive information such as API keys and passwords.
It's used instead of embedding sensitive information directly in application code or configuration files, and supports versioning along with fine-grained access control. It corresponds to AWS Secrets Manager and Azure Key Vault.
