2.4GHz Band

English

Overview

A Wi-Fi frequency band that resists obstacles well but is prone to interference from other devices.

Details

A frequency band with strong diffraction that penetrates obstacles well, but is prone to interference from other devices such as Bluetooth. It also has few available channels, and adjacent channels overlap each other, so in practice only about three channels -- 1, 6, and 11 -- can be used without interfering with one another.
