A BGP priority metric used when choosing a route from your own organization outward.
A BGP attribute used for route selection within an AS. A higher value is preferred, and it's used to control outbound traffic. Unlike attributes such as AS path, it propagates only between iBGP neighbors and is never passed on to a neighboring AS over eBGP.
